The Fly Racing 2025 Formula S Carbon Helmet features a 12K carbon fibre shell that ensures a lightweight yet highly durable construction, offering superior penetration resistance. It incorporates Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON to enhance the absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, thereby minimising the forces transmitted to the brain. The helmet is equipped with Conehead EPS Technology, providing a softer liner with precisely tuned zones for effective impact management across different speeds. Expanded volume EPS offers additional impact absorption and increased suspension, while the Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar adds further impact mitigation and damage resistance.

Equipped with advanced Quin® Race Sensor technology, the helmet includes five scientific-grade sensors that monitor data and automatically detect crashes. The Fly Smart App records impact data and contacts emergency services if needed, with an SOS Beacon feature allowing users to alert their emergency contacts by tapping the helmet. The helmet also provides live ride analytics, including GPS tracking and speed data, and features True Functional Ventilation for optimal airflow. Additionally, the helmet's comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads are made from moisture-wicking, antimicrobial materials, and the rechargeable battery offers up to 60 days of battery life with a two-hour fast charge mode.
