Returns & Warranty Policy

General Returns Policy

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are:

Unused
Undamaged
In their original, resaleable packaging

Please ensure the original packaging is not ripped or torn. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

Received damaged
Defective
Sent in error

Please return it to us and we will replace it or resolve the issue. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. If the packaging is defaced or damaged, we may refuse the return or charge for replacement packaging.

All returned items will be inspected. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the product and recover delivery costs.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

If you change your mind or wish to exchange an item:

Return it within 30 days of ordering
Item must be unused and in its original packaging
Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order, you will need to arrange a return.

Please note:

Hard parts ordered purely for trial fitment on an incompatible brand may incur a 15% handling fee
If the return is not due to our error, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from your refund:
- Royal Mail: £4.99
- DPD: £6.99

Customers are responsible for return shipping on unwanted items.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.

Electrical Items

Due to their nature, electrical items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty. Please ensure you are ordering the correct part.

Orders under £50: £4.99 (Economy 4–6 working days)
Priority Delivery (2–3 working days): £7.99
Tyre Surcharge: £7.99

Other UK Regions

Northern Ireland: £14.99
Scottish Highlands & Islands: £19.99
Isle of Wight / Isle of Man: £19.99

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Missing item? Contact us in writing within 14 days of your order date. Claims made after this period cannot be refunded.
Item damaged in transit? Notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims beyond this period cannot be honoured.
