WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ? 

We are happy to refund your goods provided that they are undamaged, unused and in their original resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Be careful to not rip or tear the original packaging if you wish to return or exchange your item(s). We also encourage customers to fill out the returns form provided within the parcel, as this can help us identify you and speed up the returns/exchange process. 

Returns normally fall into two categories:

1. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or sent incorrectly

2. Items returned for cancellation or exchange

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please return the item to us and we will correct your order or replace the item. 

We must receive the returned items in a resaleable condition, do not rip the original packaging for example. We reserve the right to refuse items sent back with defaced or damaged packaging or to charge for the packaging to be replaced. 

AT Motocross will check over all items that get returned to us as damaged or defective. In the case that we find there is no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and recover the postage costs and expenses from you. 

Note: We recommend all electric bikes are assembled by a recommended motorcycle dealer or mechanic to ensure any defects have been identified in the first instance. All pit bike and electric bikes do not fall under the standard returns policy, they have their own specific manufacturers warranty which covers any defected parts. The warranty period is outlined in the item description online and the warranty period starts from the day you receive the bike. Please contact us if you require any help or support with warranty claims. 

 

2. Items cancelled or returned for refund or exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods you have the right to return them, unused and in original condition with tags attached and packaging un-damaged within 30 days of the day you receive your order. Please contact us to let us know if you require a refund or exchange. After the 30 day period no refund will be given. Please be mindful that all postage costs are chargeable.

Return Address

Please send the item back to the address below with your returns form filled out clearly so we can exchange/refund as quickly as possible. We have up to 7 working days to process refunds.
