The Fly Racing CP MX helmet features a robust yet lightweight Polycarbonate shell, designed for durability and performance. Its advanced structural design incorporates an energy-mitigating material ecosystem, including RHEON, a leading viscoelastic material that significantly enhances impact management for optimal protection. The helmet utilizes Multi-Density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Technology, providing a soft EPS liner that responds progressively to both low and high-speed impacts, with six precisely tuned critical zones for improved impact response.

Additionally, the Formula CP helmet includes a clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS to help minimize clavicle injuries. Lightweight custom visor screws and titanium components contribute to an overall reduced weight, while the double D rings ensure secure fastening. For comfort, the helmet is equipped with a removable, washable, moisture-wicking anti-microbial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads. The True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system ensures exceptional airflow, and the helmet is finished with a custom molded rubber trim featuring an integrated nose guard. A Fly Racing helmet bag is also included for added convenience.
